Traditional favourites sit alongside seasonal alternatives, with roast turkey, striploin of beef and a goat’s cheese and red pumpkin Wellington served with all the trimmings.

The afternoon is made for lingering, with tea, coffee and warm mince pies served before guests retreat to the lounge and settle beside the roaring fireplace. Later, a relaxed buffet supper and live music continue the celebrations into the evening.

Boxing Day brings another leisurely breakfast and three-course lunch, followed by an evening buffet and music trivia with resident pianist Lance Jones. Guests can enjoy one final breakfast before check-out on Sunday 27 December.
